TerraForm Power to Ring the Nasdaq Stock Market Opening Bell

BELTSVILLE, Md., Oct. 13, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TerraForm Power, Inc. (Nasdaq:TERP), a global owner and operator of renewable energy power plants that recently became a public company, announced it will ring the Opening Bell at the Nasdaq MarketSite on New York City'sTimes Square at 9:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, October 14, 2014.

Carlos Domenech, president and chief executive officer of TerraForm Power, will deliver prepared remarks during the bell-ringing ceremony, which will be held from 9:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. ET.
