TerraForm Power Completes Hudson Energy Solar Portfolio Acquisition

BELTSVILLE, Md., Nov. 6, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TerraForm Power, Inc. (Nasdaq:TERP) has completed its acquisition of the operating portfolio of Hudson Energy Solar Corporation, effective November 4. Hudson Energy Solar is a subsidiary of Just Energy Group, Inc. (NYSE:JE).
